Pam Treece, who announced her candidacy for Washington County Commissioner, District 2, in September, has secured early endorsements from Governor Barbara Roberts, Metro President Tom Hughes, and former Hillsboro City Council President Aron Carleson.

“Pam is already a prominent voice on affordable housing, transportation, and job retention and creation in Washington County,” said Metro President and former Hillsboro Mayor Tom Hughes. “I am excited to support someone with her skills and leadership for the Board of Commissioners.”

“Pam is a longtime leader in this community and I think she will make an excellent Commissioner,” said Aron Carleson. “Her demonstrated ability to collaborate and her passion for bettering the lives of Washington County residents is exactly what we need.”

Pam’s priorities for Washington County are attainable, diverse housing choices for all of our residents, transportation infrastructure that works, and ensuring we continue to lead the region on providing worker friendly jobs that support families. “I’m honored and excited to have these strong leaders supporting my candidacy,” Pam said.
